About

I’m Sean Tillman. I'm an experienced Equality, Diversity & Inclusion practitioner, a qualified MHFA England® instructor, and a certified coach. I've trained over 2,000 people across EDI, wellbeing and mental health sessions — and I keep my charity rates fair, because this work matters.

Why charities work with me

  • Built for the third sector — fair charity rates, flexible formats, and sessions tailored to your mission, people and budget.

  • Genuinely safe, genuinely practical — a warm, judgement-free room where people learn without fear and leave with tools they use the next day.

  • Credible and human — senior EDI experience and MHFA England® accreditation, delivered with the care of a coach.

What I offer

  • Mental Health & Wellbeing — MHFA England® courses, suicide prevention, managing stress and trauma, and supporting mental health disclosures.

  • Inclusion & EDI — Introduction to EDI, unconscious bias, disrupting racism & race equity, microaggressions, gender diversity & trans inclusion, disability inclusion, and LGBTQIA+ allyship.

  • Culture & Conversations — psychological safety, active bystander, active listening, managing difficult conversations, understanding failure, and safeguarding.

  • Strategy & Ongoing Support — EDI action plans, MHFA network set-up & support, bespoke microsessions, and ongoing advisory.

How I work

Flexible to your budget and time:

  • 20 minutes — a microsession that drops into a team meeting

  • 45–60 minutes — a lunch & learn or webinar

  • Half day — a focused, single-topic workshop

  • Full day — a deep-dive or a certified MHFA course

  • Programme — a series of sessions or ongoing advisory

Every session is interactive, grounded in real conversation, and built around your charity.

Indicative investment

I keep pricing fair for the third sector and tailor it to your size and budget. As a guide:

  • Microsession / lunch & learn — from £150

  • Half-day workshop — £450–£950

  • Full day or certified course — £750–£1,600

  • EDI action plans, programmes & ongoing advisory — tailored quote

MHFA England® courses are charged per learner (a reduced charity rate, with materials at cost) — or as a discounted whole-cohort booking. Reach out for more information.
